Prof. Dr. Mindaugas Kiškis is the Managing Partner of Law firm INVENT and tenured professor of the Mykolas Romeris University.
Prof. Kiškis is a Member of the Lithuanian Bar since 2003. For 17 years he worked for the largest Lithuanian law firm “Ellex Valiunas” (formerly “LAWIN”, “Lideika, Petrauskas, Valiūnas ir partneriai”). Prof. Kiškis has more than two years of legal experience in the USA, has been involved in the patent litigation in the US federal courts.
Prof. Kiškis specializations are technology and IP contracts, IP strategies, compliance for technology products and services, disputes with regulators, international disputes.
