Which fines we check
Fine decision
A decision by the police, the transport safety authority, a municipality or another institution. It can be appealed to the district court within 20 calendar days of the day the copy was sent or issued, not the day you received it.
Protocol with an administrative order
An offer to pay half of the minimum fine voluntarily. The order itself cannot be appealed, but you do not have to accept it: if it is not paid in time, it lapses and the institution examines the case, where you can defend your position. Its decision can be appealed to court. If someone else was driving, the vehicle owner can say so within 30 days. We assess whether paying or challenging is better for you.

What it costs
Checking whether the fine is worth challenging costs €2. If it is, we prepare the complaint. The success fee is 40% of the fine, or 100% if your right to drive is at stake, and at least €20. If the fine is neither annulled nor reduced, we refund it. Representation before the institution or in court is €149 per hour.
