Upload the demand, debt claim or court order you received — and we will defend you.

Not every "debt" is a valid one: many claims are time-barred, inflated with penalties, or assigned without a proper legal basis. We assess whether the claim should be paid — and prepare a response when it should not.

Note: this product concerns debt claims under Lithuanian law, and the online intake is currently available in Lithuanian only. If you prefer English, contact us directly and we will handle the matter by email.

Who should use this

Pre-court payment demands and creditor claims (pretenzija)
Debt collector demands and reminders
Court payment orders (teismo įsakymas) for debts
Old claims that may be time-barred
Penalties and interest exceeding the principal
Claims assigned to a new creditor without proper notice

Deadlines matter: objections to a Lithuanian court payment order must be filed within 20 days of service. If you received one, act promptly.

Out of scope: debts already under bailiff enforcement or awarded by a final court judgment can no longer be contested on the merits — for those, contact us for a consultation instead.

What you receive

Breakdown of the claim: principal, interest, penalties, costs

Limitation-period check (whether the debt is still enforceable)

Validity check of any claim assignment

A clear recommendation: pay, negotiate, or contest

A draft objection or response, where contesting makes sense

Price

10% of the claimed amount

Minimum €10. For example, if €500 is demanded from you, the service costs €50. The exact price is shown before payment. Delivered as a lawyer-reviewed PDF within 4 business hours.
