These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the kiskis.eu website (the "Site") operated by Advokato M. Kiškio kontora INVENT.

1. Operator

2. Information is not legal advice

Articles and general explanations on the Site are not individual advice. When you order a paid service, you receive an answer from the lawyer based on the information you provide. Further work and representation are agreed separately.

For €2, Ginčyk skolą provides an assessment, next steps and a response draft where challenging the claim is appropriate. You send the draft using the instructions provided. Further defence is ordered separately: 10% of the amount claimed, at least €10, paid when defence starts and refunded if unsuccessful. The €2 legal question service provides an initial answer and a proposal for further help if needed. For €2, Ginčyk baudą assesses whether the fine is worth challenging and explains the next steps. If it is, you can order the complaint or explanation separately. The success fee is 40% of the fine, or 100% if the right to drive is at stake, and at least €20; it is paid when you order the complaint and refunded if the fine is neither annulled nor reduced. You file the prepared text using the included instructions. Representation before the institution or in court is €149 per hour, agreed separately.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to harvest content or burden the Site;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or related systems;
• interfere with the security of the Site or other users;
• use the Site for unlawful purposes or in breach of these Terms.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site (text, design, code, graphics, marks) is owned by Advokato M. Kiškio kontora INVENT or its licensors. You may view and quote brief excerpts with attribution; any other reproduction or commercial use requires our prior written permission.

5. No warranty

The Site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or accuracy of any specific content. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Site.

6. Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes are resolved in the competent court at the operator's place of business, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
